  Do you have any catalogue?

Our print catalogue would be available in November 2003. In the meantime, you are welcome to browse through our online version of the catalogue, which comprises our entire tapestry collection. We invite you to subscribe to our FREE NEWSLETTER. Our newsletter, will update you of any new products and interior decorating ideas and a CHANCE TO WIN A FREE TAPESTRY.

We collect certain information from clients for billing and administrative functions. None of the information collected for these functions is provided to any outside party for any reason.

No information will be provided to the individual making the inquiry. Personal information that may be displayed on the client site is the responsibility of the client.

Security measures are in place to protect against loss, alteration, or misuse of data collected. Clients are responsible for ensuring that only they or their authorized designees utilize their accounts. Suspected incidents of unauthorized use of a client account should be reported immediately to our Abuse Investigations department at

Customer Service
  When you order from www.saveontapestries.com:

USA: All retail and wholesale customers in USA pay what is shown on the site. Import duties for USA, will be paid for by www.saveontapestries.com. Local taxes if applicable will be charged for separately. SHIPPING IS FREE.

CANADA: Canadian customers would be charged GST/PST as applicable.

OTHER COUNTRIES: All other COUNTRIES will pay (import) duties and any other TAXES, which are different for every country. When calculating the cost of the product, you will have to calculate the costs of these duties. SHIPPING IS FREE subject to minimum order requirements.

 
Ordering
  How do I order my Tapestry?

Using our online shopping cart?

Ordering is easy. We have made our shopping cart one of the easiest and extremely user friendly for you to enjoy your tapestry shopping experience. As you browse through our catalogue, just add the items that you would like to order. Some items such as wall tapestries and throws require specifications such as size or color (this option, will be available shortly). Once you have finished viewing all the items or want to view the selected items, click ÓView CartÔ. You will then find all the items including the images that you have put into your shopping cart. If you then decide to put something to the rack, simply click ÓDELETEÔ and that item will be taken off your shopping cart. Your shopping cart will hold the items for you for 15 days and will then be deleted.

Once you have finally decided on your purchase, click ÓCheck OutÔ and our system will direct you to the Check Out process for payment either through credit card checkout or printable order form.

NB: We will ship to the address listed on the credit card as maintained with the credit card company. All address will be verified for accuracy. Hence, please provide us your correct phone no and area code and the best time to call you, so that we can contact you in case of any discrepancy.

Ordering by Fax

Once you have finally decided on your purchase, click ÓCheck OutÔ and our system will direct you to the Check Out process for payment either through credit card checkout or printable order form.

If you choose Printable Order Form, you will be given the possibility to print out your order and fax it to us or email it to us through the web site.

Our fax no is (604) 439-9200. You will have to dial a prefix such as 011 when you are calling long distance or 1 when you are calling from USA.

Is it safe to order using my credit card?

Yes! Credit card is the most used and convenient way to buy on the Internet. When you use your credit card to order from us, your credit card information is processed online. We do not store any of your credit card information on the web site. You can be rest assured that every necessary precaution has been taken to protect your information and privacy.

Our entire web site is secured, right from the time you enter our web store  till the time you leave, offering complete security and peace of mind while shopping and browsing our web site. Your peace of mind is of utmost importance to us.

How do I know that my order has reached you?

Every order is confirmed by email within 24 hours, including holidays and weekends. We will inform you the exact status of your order, once our shipping department has processed your order.

How long does it take to process my order?

We mostly have all goods in stock, except the items that have been marked special order. However, since we service both the retail and wholesale markets internationally, we would advise you immediately if the products is not in stock and when you can expect your order.

What if my order does not reach me?

There could be unforeseen delays in the receipt of your ordered goods. We have a very strict monitoring system to track the shipment of your goods. However, if you are concerned in anyway about the delay in receiving your shipment, we would appreciate if you will send us an email at: billing@saveontapestries.com. and we will update you on the shipment within 24 Ö 48 hours...

All goods need to be prepaid prior to shipment. We accept major credit cards, such as Visa and Master card. We also accept bankers draft. Goods will be shipped once payment is realized.

Return Policy
 

OUR GUARANTEE and WARRANTY INFORMATION

30-DAY REFUND OR REPLACEMENT

Try any of our products for 30 days. If you are not completely satisfied we will, at your option, replace the item with an item of equal value or refund your purchase price in full (less shipping costs). It's that simple, no fine print and no hidden clauses.

Defective or Damaged Items

YOU MUST CONTACT WWW.SAVEONTAPESTRIES.COM ONLINE via email returns@saveontapestries.com within 5 days of receiving a damage item. We will then advise you on the steps the will correct that situation.

Shipping damage: All packaging must be kept. Email us for further instructions to correct that situation.

Defective items will be replaced if returned within 14 days. Please contact customer service to report defective items via email.

Do not return any items without contacting www.saveontapestries.com via email. We will instruct you on where to send items and give you an RMA #. If you do not contact www.saveontapestries.com within 5 day of receiving the damaged item, www.saveontapestries.com will not be held liable.

In addition, you get the following extended warranty services.

Every product you buy from this site or any of our catalogs must be free of defects or you may return it immediately to www.saveontapestries.com Online for replacement.

To return items to www.saveontapestries.com Online, we ask that you email us for a return merchandise number (RMA). No returns will be accepted without a RMA number. This will help us better serve you.

Items returned within the 30-day period will receive a full refund provided it is returned in good condition. If any item is return to us damaged or in an un-sellable condition, NO REFUND will be given.
Shipping costs to return an item is at your expense. You should properly pack and ship in the same shipping container that you received the items in. You should also ship using Canada or US Post and have insurance on the package. If your return package is lost or damaged in shipping it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company you chose to use. We are not liable.

Items not returned in good condition WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND.

Please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

 
Shipping and Packing
  Who pays for the shipping??

We provide you with free shipping and handling. However, if you return any items: you pay for the shipping. We can ship by Speed Post at an additional cost. Please contact us prior to returning anything.

NOTE: Goods will be shipped within 7-10 days of receipt of confirmation of order and receipt of payment (whichever is later) for goods in stock. Special orders take between 3-4 weeks.

 
Tapestry as a Gift
 

How do I send a gift to my friend?

Tapestries make unique presents! If you wish to send a tapestry as a gift, simply fill out the order form at the end of the shopping cart with the appropriate ship - to address. Generally we include a Ópaid in fullÔ invoice with the amount appearing in the shipping box. If your tapestry is to be a gift, please notify us, and only a packing slip will be included with the shipment. We will mail the paid invoice to you. Please notify us at the time of ordering.
