  When you order from www.saveontapestries.com:

USA: All retail and wholesale customers in USA pay what is shown on the site. Import duties for USA, will be paid for by www.saveontapestries.com. Local taxes if applicable will be charged for separately. SHIPPING IS FREE.

CANADA: Canadian customers would be charged GST/PST as applicable.

OTHER COUNTRIES: All other COUNTRIES will pay (import) duties and any other TAXES, which are different for every country. When calculating the cost of the product, you will have to calculate the costs of these duties. SHIPPING IS FREE subject to minimum order requirements.

 
Ordering
  How do I order my Tapestry?

Using our online shopping cart?

Ordering is easy. We have custom designed our shopping cart to make it easy and user-friendly so you enjoy your tapestry shopping experience. As you browse through our catalogue, just add the items that you would like to order. Some items such as wall tapestries and throws require specifications such as size and additional accessories. Once you have finished viewing all the items or want to view the selected items, click (View Cart). You will then find all the items including the images that you have placed in your shopping cart. If you then decide to put something to the rack, simply click (DELETE) and that item will be removed from your shopping cart. Your shopping cart will hold the items for 15 days and will be auto-deleted.

Once you have finally decided on your purchase, click (Check Out) and our system will direct you through the Secure Check Out process for payment through credit card. We do not store any credit card information.

NB: We will ship to the address listed on the credit card as maintained with the credit card company. All address will be verified for accuracy. Hence, please provide us your correct phone no and area code and the best time to call you, so that we can contact you in case of any discrepancy.

Ordering by Phone

Every order is confirmed by email within 24 hours, including holidays and weekends. We will inform you the exact status of your order, once our shipping department has processed your order.

How long does it take to process my order?

We mostly have all goods in stock, except the items that show the item is not in stock. Please feel free to call or email us if you have any question regarding inventory availability. Our inventory changes frequently and we receive regular shipments from our suppliers. We will be more than happy to get a not in stock tapestry for you in our next shipment from the supplier.

What if my order does not reach me?

There could sometimes be unforeseen delays in the receipt of your order. We have a very strict monitoring system to track the shipment of your goods. However, if you are concerned in any way about the delay in receiving your shipment, we would appreciate if you will send us an email at csratsaveontapestries.com and we will update you on the shipment as quickly as possible.

Return Policy
 

OUR GUARANTEE and WARRANTY INFORMATION

30-DAY REFUND OR REPLACEMENT

Try any of our products for 30 days. If you are not completely satisfied we will, at your option, replace the item with an item of equal value or refund your purchase price in full (less shipping costs). It's that simple, no fine print and no hidden clauses.

Defective or Damaged Items

YOU MUST CONTACT WWW.SAVEONTAPESTRIES.COM ONLINE via email returnsatsaveontapestries.com within 5 days of receiving a damage item. We will then advise you on the steps the will correct that situation.

Shipping damage: All packaging must be kept. Email us for further instructions to correct that situation.

Defective items will be replaced if returned within 14 days. Please contact customer service to report defective items via email.

Do not return any items without contacting www.saveontapestries.com. We will instruct you on where to send the item and provide you with an RMA #. If you do not contact www.saveontapestries.com within 5 days of receiving the damaged item, www.saveontapestries.com cannot be held liable.

In addition, you get the following extended warranty services.

Every product you buy from www.saveontapestries.com must be free of defects or you may return it immediately.

To return items to www.saveontapestries.com Online, we ask that you email us for a return merchandise number (RMA). No returns will be accepted without a RMA number. This will help us better serve you.

Items returned within the 30-day period will receive a full refund provided it is returned in good condition. If any item is return to us damaged or in an un-sellable condition, NO REFUND will be given.
Shipping costs to return an item is at your expense. You should properly pack and ship in the same shipping container that you received the items in. You should also ship using Canada or US Post and have insurance on the package. If your return package is lost or damaged in shipping it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company you chose to use. We are not liable.

Items not returned in good condition WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND.

Please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your online statement from the time the goods are received by us.

We provide you with free shipping and handling. However, if you return any items: you pay for the shipping.

How do I send a gift to my friend?

Tapestries make unique presents! If you wish to send a tapestry as a gift, You must fill in the recipient's address in the column: Ship To. Any message to the recipient can be written in the message/ comments section.  We will try to include a card with your message We do not include an invoice with the shipment if your purchase is a gift. Please notify us at the time of ordering.
