Return Policy



Try any of our products for 30 days. If you are not completely satisfied we will, at your option, replace the item with an item of equal value or refund your purchase price in full (less shipping costs). It's that simple, no fine print and no hidden clauses.

Defective or Damaged Items

YOU can contact us Toll-Free at 1-877-298-6623 or email us at within 3 business days of receiving a damaged item. We will then advise you on the steps to be taken to correct the issue.

Shipping damage: All packaging must be kept until the insurance company has authorised disposal. Email us for further instructions to correct the issue.

Defective items will be replaced if returned within 14 days. Please contact customer service to report defective items via email or call us Toll-free.

Do nDo not return any items without contacting via email. We will instruct you on where to send items and give you an RMA #. If you do not contact within 5 days of receiving the damaged item, will not be held liable.

In addition, you get the following extended warranty services.


Any product you buy from must be free of defects. If on the receipt you find the product defective please contact us immediately to discuss return options and replacement.

To return items: You need to receive a Return authorisation before returning the merchandise to us. All packages should have the Return Authorisation Number on the package to ensure you are credited correctly. No returns will be accepted without a RMA number.

Items returned within the 30-day period will receive a full refund provided it is returned in good condition. If any item is returned to us damaged or in an un-sellable condition- NO REFUND will be given. Shipping costs to return an item is at your expense. You should properly pack and ship in the same shipping container that you received the items in. You should ship using Canada Post or USPS, FedEx or UPS and have insurance on the package. For International packages please do not use any courier services. If your return package is lost or damaged in shipping it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company you used. We are not liable.

Items not returned in good condition WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND.

Please allow a week for the credit to appear on your statement. Please contact us before you call your credit card company if you do not see your credit or if you wish to return your items.
