We accept all the major credit cards such as Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover as well as PayPal.
Secure online ordering
If you decide to purchase from our store you will be prompted to provide information to complete a transaction. This includes address, telephone number, email address and credit card information. There are two ways in which we protect this information. This site uses SSL Encryption technology for safe transmission of personal information. Your credit card information will not be stored in our system. It will be deleted as soon as the transaction is complete.
Returns policy
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept returns or exchanges for up to 30 days. Please notify us and we will provide an RMA number, which you will need to include with your return. Once an RMA is issued, the return must be shipped within 7 days. Returns with no RMA will not be accepted. There are no returns on custom items.
We offer rods and tassels at discounted prices when sold with a tapestry. If a tapestry is returned without the rod or the tassels, you will be charged the regular retail price for those items not returned.

Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected when discovered, we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including after an order has been submitted).
Tapestry Sizes
Please note that our listed sizes are approximate (5%) since there is always some handwork on our products (cutting, lining, sewing …). If you need to know an exact size to fit your space please contact us and we can verify the size for you.
